Science journalist Ali Sundermier claims that 99.9999999 percent of the human body is made up of empty, or rather, internal space. This concept served as the impetus for the performance's creators to delve into the notion of inner space as a psychological state, one imbued with a certain materiality, texture, flavor, and color unique to each individual. It is a personal sensory experience, shaped by auditory stimuli, the surrounding environment, objects in proximity, as well as the movement and trajectories of those nearby. During the performance, these elements function as conduits, enabling the performers to attune to and experience their inner space, which emerges as the central catalyst for movement.
"Sauliaus ir Alex šokis" is a dance performance that engages in the exploration of varying states of consciousness, the nuances of emotional experience, and the depths of human awareness.
